Shipping Methods & Rates

Processing time for leads and Wolf product is 2-5 days

Carp Foundry orders are processed on the same day (excludes bank holidays and weekends). Orders placed after 1 pm on weekdays will be processed the following business day.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery but please let us know by email within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• In its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

• Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please let us know when you contact us for a return. Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.
